Also known as Hajime no Ippo, Makunouchi Ippo Helps his mom at a fishing dock, he is currently in school and because he has to help his mom he couldn't make very many friends if any at all. Walking home from school a bully named Umezawa-kun and his two friends walk up to Makunouchi and as always he doesn't try to defend himself and leaves an open weak point for being bullied around and this is where Makunouchi gets beaten up pretty bad and Takamura-san comes to save him. The bullys run off in fear of Takamura-san and Makunouchi passes out1. He wakes up in the gym and before leaving, Takamaura-san tries to help give him the courage to defend himself by putting a drawing on a punching bag for Makunouchi and he punches with unbelievable power and thus reveals the type of fighter he would become.
Now he gets some video tapes of some boxing matches and starts to desire the idea of becoming 'strong' and begins to buy boxing magazines and now his desire and respect for the sport grows. He meets up with Takamura-san on the road side, here he says he wants to become a Pro Boxer, Takamura-san thinking he doesn't have the ability to become anything good he tries to stop him from doing it, but Makunochi doesn't give in so Takamura-san gives him a really hard mission that normally he wouldn't be able to fulfill, having to catch 10 leaves while they fall from a tree.

This time, however, more is going on than the tournament itself. Neo-Japan's Gundam Fighter Domon Kasshu is searching for his brother Kyoji, who has made off with their father's experimental Devil (In English "Dark") Gundam. In his hands, the weapon might spell destruction for humanity itself, and only he - along with some other Gundam Fighters(later known as the shuffle alliance)- can stop him.

Sakura Kinomoto was an ordinary school girl, she was great at PE, she (just about) managed to do all her work, nothing out of the ordinary...until she discovered the Clow Book in her father's library and scattered the Clow Cards, cards with their own special magical abilities for a purpose if, not sealed, are capable of causing destructible havoc. Keroberos, or as Sakura calls him Kero, the guardian of the Clow Cards, chose Sakura to be the Cardcaptor as she awakened him, meaning her job is to capture the cards before things start to get out of hand nevertheless being a normal ten-year-old girl and keeping it a secret from everyone who doesn't have magical powers. Sakura must get all 52 cards and stop the disaster from being brought into the world or else the worst will happen to not just Tomoeda, where Sakura's friends and family live... but the whole world.

Kero and Spinel are sharing a plate of takoyaki (octopus balls). They get into a fight over who gets the last piece, and in the process send it flying out the window. They both chase the takoyaki, and each other, in a mighty effort to be the "takoyaki captor". |

Yusuke Urameshi, a school student at the age of fourteen, spends his days barely attending his classes, being scolded by his female friend, Kayko, and getting into fights with other students, mainly his rival, Kuwabara. Seeming to be like any other delinquent, it comes as a shock when Yusuke does something unexpected; shoving a little boy out of the way of an oncoming car, and dying in the process. While watching the events taking place at the scene of the accident, Yusuke realizes that he is now a ghost.
As a result of his actions, he meets the Grim Reaper, a perky blue-haired girl who floats around on an oar! She introduces herself as Botan, and tells Yusuke that if he wishes to have a second chance at life, then he must meet with the ruler of the Spirit World. After seeing his wake, Yusuke decides to try living again, and goes with Botan.

This Japanese animated series is about Maki Aikawa, a 16 years old first year senior high school student known as the Air Master. An invicible street fighter. Most of the time, she is just like a normal girl but she's a different person when she's out in the streets.
Once a gymnast of Japan, Maki is now establishing and reviving the legend of "airborne street fighting" as an Air Master. A fighting based on one's jumping strength and movement while airborne. So she can once again feel the excitement of being a gymnast, she seeks the strongest opponents to battle.
